NexGen Services / S&G Communications is a telecom and network engineering firm specializing in IP voice, wireless, security, networking, video surveillance, and cloud services. IP Voice - We are an authorized reseller of advanced voice and data systems. NexGen provides IP phone systems and network services from all of the leading carriers. Our team of experts has over 30 years of experience designing and providing IP voice and data installations for healthcare, education, and enterprise customers in the greater Chicago area.
Network Services - Our knowledge of network services can help you streamline operations and reduce the costs of building and operating your network. We will design a network consisting of the latest services that seamlessly provide converged solutions that address your changing business needs. Our multiple premier carriers offer high-speed fiber optic services, and cloud services that will link your sites together.

Fiber Optic, Data Cabling and Wireless Network Design - We are experienced in fiber optic cabling, data cabling, wireless network design and installation. Known for excellent customer service and quality workmanship by union technicians, we can provide personal consultations and affordable solutions for your communication needs.

IP Surveillance Camera Systems - We also offer IP camera systems from several leading vendors. The IP cameras run on your standard data cable, are an extension of your existing computer network and internet, and use Artificial Intelligence for enhanced, speedy search results.

John Bush and Billy Meador, former Orland Park and Chicago police officers, head up our video surveillance team. They are familiar with video surveillance and evidence tracking and can help you optimize and customize a video surveillance system for your needs.

History
S&G Communications was formed in 1992 and incorporated in 1998. The company has installed structured cabling for 30 years. The company expanded in 2005 to include networking and IP phone systems. With the recent additions of our knwledgeable resources, we added a video surveillance product line.

Jack Bush
Jack Bush, President and CEO, is a 30-year veteran of telecommunications and an expert in IP phone system design and installation. Prior to purchasing S&G Communications, he had a career of 20+ years with Ameritech in sales, customer service, network operations, and tech support. Jack is known for his integrity, problem solving skills, and award-winning customer service. His development of NexGen Services has allowed his many satisfied customers to realize the financial and operating benefits of combining voice and data into one managed solution, making Jack a thought leader in the industry.

Justin Wagner
Justin Wagner brings a wealth of network and security experience to NexGen Services. His careers in the education arena include network management at Wilmette Public Schools, Aurora University, and Harper College. Justin is also an instructor at the College of DuPage where he teaches a variety of IT courses to include Network Administration and Security, Disaster Recovery, Data Center and Cisco Technologies.
